Just last month, we proactively underwent an industry “annual exam”—the annual surveillance audit for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Rather than issuing a standard official announcement, today HOLVES would like to share a few heartfelt words with all of our partners.
Ever since we adopted this set of quality standards when the factory was established, the annual third-party review has long been a standard part of our operations. For this review, NOA Group assigned a senior expert to conduct a two-day on-site assessment covering the entire business chain, including R&D, production, procurement, sales, and after-sales service.

During the audit, the experts did not limit themselves to reviewing written documents; they meticulously cross-checked all materials—including production logs, factory inspection reports, and customer post-sales feedback—item by item. They also visited various workstations to verify every detail of production control procedures face-to-face with front-line employees. The company’s company-wide commitment to quality was highly commended by the auditors.
The General Manager of HOLVES closely monitored this review from start to finish and set a guideline for the audit team: “Don’t just focus on what we’ve done right; help us identify areas for improvement.”

This is actually the principle we follow in serving all our customers—we’re not afraid to identify problems; what we fear most is failing to identify potential issues in advance, only to have them end up on your hands.
In the end, HOLVES successfully passed this year’s annual review. However, rather than the outcome of “passing,” the team places greater importance on the improvement recommendations provided by the experts, as well as the internal quality optimization checklist we compiled at the same time.
